Return Policy
Return Info/Terms of Service:
We are a small pedal company and due to many factors: a 15% restocking fee applies to each accepted returned item. We know this is not ideal, but it is the current reality of our shop. Some of our retailers are able to offer and accommodate more generous return policies, and we encourage you to purchase from them if our terms are unacceptable for you. Details regarding returns:
- Any item seeking return must have been purchased directly from mrblackpedals.com
- Any item seeking return must have been delivered within the previous seven days.
- Any item seeking return must be in "As-New" condition! Chips, scratches, stickers, applied velcro, missing knobs or anything that has changed since the pedal was brand-new voids our return policy.
- Any item seeking return must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, and must include all "case candy" (stickers, business cards, manuals, original shipping bag, etc.)
- Any approved return requires an RMA# which will be issued at the time of approval and must be referenced with return paperwork. Returns will not be processed without an accompanying RMA#.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable
Details regarding All-Sales-Final items:
- Any pedal listed as All-Sales-Final will be noted/detailed on the product page and is thus non-returnable.
- Any pedal sold at a discount is All-Sales-Final and thus non-returnable
- All special/limited editions are All-Sales-Final and thus non-returnable
- All B-stock and clearance/sale items are All-Sales-Final and thus non-returnable

Please allow up to 7 business days from the arrival date of your package for approval and processing of your return, although it usually only takes a day or two. Depending on method of payment, your refund will arrive in your account in 1 - 5 business days.
